John Carp

John Carp has been with the company since 1984. He has worked in all departments within the company during this time. Currently The Vice President of Operations, responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the company.

Carin Hart has worked at The Offset House for 25 years, starting late in 1984 as Mary McGrath’s assistant. Since that time Carin has worked in Estimating, In-house Sales and Customer Service. She is currently Customer Service Manager.

  • Kevin is the oldest employee here starting at age 3, being part of the McGrath family. Currently, he handles the sales department and his dog Kayla, whom you all must know.

Tim's been with The Offset House since 1993, as an account executive. He's had a successful career as one of our outside sales people. Prior to joining the company, he gained experience as a "jack of all trades" in the front end of a small print shop in Williston, VT after ten years of corporate sales in the New York City area. His free time is spent skiing in the winter and chasing salmon on Lake Champlain whenever he can.

Deb Barton joined the company in 2008 as a customer service representative and estimator in our sales department. Deb's background includes media buying, sales and customer service.

Kelly Grabowski began her career at The Offset House in 1996.  For her first years here, she worked as a CSR alongside many different sales people.  As her knowledge and love of the industry grew, she has since focused all her energy (yes, she has a bunch!) on sales herself.

Cathy Jones

Cathy Jones has been with the company since 1992, starting in our former Middlebury, VT facility as plant manager. Cathy moved to our Essex location in 2004 to head up the emerging Digital Division. She is responsible for quoting, scheduling and overseeing all production in the digital department.

  • Kate started at The Offset House in 2001 as an intern in the prep department. She was in customer service for 6 years and is currently involved in paper purchasing and helping the digital division run smoothly. Her motto is do what you can to save the earth. Recycle and ride a scooter.

Rebecca LaBarge has been with the company since 2005 and started as the production coordinator in the Digital Division. She has since moved into sales and networking where she has the opportunity to work with current and prospective clientele. Rebecca is also a member of several local networking organizations in an effort to continue to educate our community and potential customers on our growing printing and mailing capabilities.

Shane at the Offset House

Shane Desautels joined the company in 1996. Shane started out working on the many machines on the production floor. He has worked his way around the company and is currently involved as a print salesman and manager of our mailing department. Outside of work, Shane is the owner of a Natural Foods store in Essex.

Barb LaForce has been with the company since 1994, starting in Customer Service for the printing division. Barb relocated within the company in 1997 as Customer Service Representative for the Mailing Division. Since 2007, Barb has served as the Industry Co-Chair for the VT Postal Customer Council which provides opportunities for education, networking, and communication between mailers and the US Postal Service. Barb regularly attends workshops and seminars on the ever-changing postal regulations to assist our customers with the most cost effective methods of utilizing direct mail. Outside of work, Barb enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding her motorcycle and volleyball.
